Angie Redding, LCSW, RPT-S
Lifesteps
I specialize in working with children ages 3–11 experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, trauma, attachment concerns, and emotional dysregulation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I provide specialized therapy designed to help children better understand emotions, improve behavior, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills. My approach integrates play therapy, behavioral therapy, parent coaching, and relationship-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs.
I believe behavior is often communication. Rather than focusing only on correcting behaviors, I help families better understand what may be driving those behaviors so we can create meaningful, lasting change. Parent involvement is an important part of my approach, and my goal is to help children and families build stronger relationships, healthier communication, and practical skills that continue long after therapy ends.
A Little About Me
I grew up in Jackson and have been married to my husband, Eddie, for 25 years. We have two daughters, Caroline and Allie, who are one year apart and currently in college. For years, much of our family life centered around cheering on our girls through sports and activities. These days, as empty nesters, we stay busy with our two Italian Greyhounds, Ellie and Rosie.
Glenda Ezell, NCC, LPC
I enjoy supporting and working with children and families with Autism, ADHD/ADD, and other related disorders. My goal is to partner with each child and family to build skills for emotional regulation, strengthen confidence, and help overcome the pressures and obstacles they may face. I believe every child has unique strengths, and I strive to help them develop practical tools that allow them to grow, succeed, and move forward with confidence.
I also love working with girls from elementary school age through the early adolescent years as they navigate anxiety, friendships, self-esteem, and the many changes that come with growing up. Having experienced changes in my own friendships, middle school challenges, and changing each year, I like being able to support my clients as they face the day to day stressors.
My goal is to create a safe and encouraging environment where children and individuals can express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop tools and strategies that truly fit who they are. I strive to help each person feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive both at home and in everyday life.
A few fun facts about Glenda:
I have two little boys, so I understand the challenges and joy of parenting.
I enjoy playing Mahjong, attempting to needlepoint, and a good book.
You can catch me watching Mississippi State athletics. My husband went to Auburn, so we always have some friendly rivalry going.
Clara Newton, LPC
Madison Behavioral Therapy
I love working with children, tweens, and teens, and I believe parents and caregivers play an important role in the therapy process. My goal is not only to support your child during sessions, but also to partner with you by providing guidance, practical strategies, and tools that can be used at home to help your child succeed.
I specialize in working with children ages 5 and up who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and other everyday stressors. I use a variety of approaches tailored to each child’s needs, including play-based therapy, creative and art-based activities, cognitive behavioral strategies, and exposure-based techniques.
I am passionate about helping children and teens build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and learn how to face challenges with resilience.
My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where children feel understood, parents feel empowered, and families have the tools they need to thrive both in and outside of therapy.
A few fun facts about Clara:
I am a local mom of two and understand the joys (and challenges!) of raising kids.

Emily Lehigh, LCSW
I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Whether helping a young child manage big emotions, supporting a teenager through the ups and downs of adolescence, or walking alongside an adult facing stress, anxiety, or life changes, my goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.
While I work with clients of all ages, I have a special passion for working with children and families. I believe meaningful progress happens when the important people in a child’s life are part of the process, which is why I frequently include parents and caregivers in sessions. Together, we work to strengthen relationships, build connection, and help families carry what they learn in therapy into everyday life.
My passion for family work began long before I became a therapist. Growing up in a home that fostered and welcomed children with special needs gave me a deep appreciation for the many ways families grow, adapt, and support one another.
Today, I’m a wife, mom, and proud tennis mom. I’ve experienced many seasons of parenting—from raising young children to navigating the transition into adulthood.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me at the tennis court cheering on my son, spending time with family and friends, reading historical fiction, or enjoying life with our golden retrievers.
